Grasp the data with Analytics and keep track of the Angels’ Share

Grasp the data with Analytics and keep track of the Angels’ Share.

Systems are inevitably data driven and the more data you hold, the harder it is to fully grasp what the data is telling you. Whilst we pride ourselves on the ease of use of our Bulk Planning application, the new optional Bulk Planning Analytics module represents a step change in data visualisation, enabling users to more quickly and easily understand the complexities of their bulk stock management.

Using only data already managed and maintained in the Bulk Planning application, the web-based Bulk Planning Analytics module provides privileged users with a number of graphical dashboards that enable them to quickly visualise vast amounts of data.

Using clear and simple data representation based on best-practice data visualisation techniques and  avoiding flashy gimmicks, Bulk Planning Analytics provides immediate answers to questions such as:

  • How many empty casks do I have and what type are they?
  • What’s my current plan for distillation over the coming years?
  • Where do I have shortfalls that fail to cover my future plans?
  • What are my requirements by AYS and cask type for the next 20 years?
  • What’s the current quantity and value of my bulk stock by part and AYS?
  • How much of my current stock will I have in 15 years’ time?
  • How do my different what-if planning scenarios compare?

Empty casks …

Planned bottling …

Stock shortfalls …

What-if scenario comparison …

With simple filtering, column sorting and export to Excel, graphic or PDF, our standard dashboards should address your everyday requirements. They can also be configured further to address your particular needs using the in-built dashboard designer or you can even create your own dashboards from scratch using this facility.

If you would like to understand more about how SpiritPro’s Bulk Planning Analytics and the underlying Bulk Planning application can give you confidence in your future distillation plans, then please get in touch, we’d love to hear from you.
