Grasp the data with Analytics and keep track of the Angels’ Share.

Systems are inevitably data driven and the more data you hold, the harder it is to fully grasp what the data is telling you. Whilst we pride ourselves on the ease of use of our Bulk Planning application, the new optional Bulk Planning Analytics module represents a step change in data visualisation, enabling users to more quickly and easily understand the complexities of their bulk stock management.

Using only data already managed and maintained in the Bulk Planning application, the web-based Bulk Planning Analytics module provides privileged users with a number of graphical dashboards that enable them to quickly visualise vast amounts of data.

Using clear and simple data representation based on best-practice data visualisation techniques and  avoiding flashy gimmicks, Bulk Planning Analytics provides immediate answers to questions such as:

We’re excited to reveal our plans for the launch of a new Warehouse module to sit alongside our class-leading Bulk Planning application. The new module will provide the capability to define storage locations within multiple warehouses, allowing the movement of casks between warehouses and locations, and also cater for the quarantining of casks.

Further features will include the definition of vats and to record dumping into vat, cask filling from vat, vat-to-vat movements and cask-to-cask movements. The recording of cask and vat quantity updates resulting from dipping will also be included. All movements and adjustments will subsequently be available for enquiry, audit and statutory reporting purposes.

The recording of stock movements etc. will be performed on back office PCs or on Android handheld devices, allowing on-the-spot updates, giving operators clear information that is always up-to-date.

The addition of this new Warehouse module will make our Bulk Planning application an even more attractive option to small [...]

We’re very pleased to announce the release of our latest integration software, the ERP API (Enterprise Resource Planning Application Programming Interface), which is now included as part of our standard package. It provides a RESTful API that can be driven using a Command Line Interface, thus allowing the automation of interfacing with ERP systems.

Driven by .CSV files, the API is run from the Windows command line using Windows Task Scheduler or process automation tools. For testing and ad-hoc interfacing, the command line can be entered manually.

Using the new ERP API, integrating the Bulk Planning application with your ERP system has never been simpler!
