This is in the form of a Master Customer Agreement signed by SpiritPro Ltd and The Customer at the time of sale. The terms and conditions for the use of such products are set out in the Master Customer Agreement which forms an entire agreement between the two parties. Such products cannot be copied broadcast distributed or otherwise used outside the terms of that agreement or without such an agreement in place and legally executed.
